Tru by Hilton Burlington

Friendly staff. The rooms were clean and smelled great. Nice tv and common areas. Beds comfy and rooms warm. Rented two rooms and everyone was happy. They raved about the breakfast being delicious. The parking lot is a little tricky though. One way in and out and it's a tight turn. Entrance is on the front of the building and the parking is on the side. I do want to acknowledge how honest the cleaning staff is. A c note was dropped and they not only called to tell me about it but they also placed it in safe keeping. Taisha and Amina at the front were very personable and helpful. My guests thoroughly enjoyed this trip as did I

We have stayed at Tru Hotels before, but this staff exceeds all staff experiences we have had. First of all many of the hotels we’ve been staying recently decided not to have bacon for breakfast. It’s always sausage or turkey sausage but rarely do we find bacon so it was a wonderful surprise to get up this morning to find bacon on the breakfast bar. Not that the morning staff was so friendly right and cheerful willing to do whatever they could to clean over backwards to make sure you had a good breakfast experience. Did I mention they had bacon? Those were the only trouble we had was a metal frame around the bed a little bit past the bed and if you don’t know to watch for it we all bang our knees on it pretty good. So be careful to watch for that but again the room was clean. The staff was super friendly, enjoyable day and love the bacon. We will definitely come back to this place again.

Brenda is the best! She is always so kind in the mornings. The oatmeal she prepares is my favorite as I try to eat as healthy as I can on my work trips. Brenda is always in good spirits and always asks how I’m doing. The customer service at this hotel is why I continue to stay here. When I’m far from home, I’m treated like family and as a single woman traveler, I always feel safe and looked after by this Hilton team. Keep up the great work!

Air is loud, makes weird noises, I'm use to sleeping with fans on though. Didn't see cameras anywhere, but signs warning you assume all liability parking there. Other than that it was a great stay

I was having some work done at my house and needed a place to stay for a couple of nights, and I had seen Tru several times driving around town. On a whim, I decided to book there, and I could not have been more pleased! First, the lobby is large complete with work spaces, games, and even pool tables, meaning if you are spending a lot of time in the hotel, there are options for socializing and relaxing without needing to leave. The gym is lovely too and features a variety of workout equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff were always pleasant, helpful, and friendly, and I love that the hotel is pet-friendly too. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and cozy. You can login to your Netflix account too, in case you aren't interested in what's on cable. The bathrooms are awesome, and I love how they have these dispensers for soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion--all of which smell amazing by the way. Any time I travel, I will definitely be looking for one of these to stay at!

I wasn’t even going to leave a review but I feel like I have to, this was my second time here & the first time was great, super clean, bug free, smells good/clean without overwhelming clean smells, everything you could possibly need. Only downfall is there’s no microwaves in the rooms but they do have one in the lobby for use. NOWWWW for the second time coming , again perfect. Clean, bug free, all the good stuff but this time a particular employee stiff out, I believe her name was Alicia? Idk what you guys are paying her but whatever it is SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!!! Amazing customer service , amazing communication , extremely nice , hard passionate worker. She made this stay even better than the last and I will 100% be back next time I’m in the area. She deserves everything good in the world just had to come give some recognition for her.

With the uncertainty of the airline, we took an earlier flight than planned, thus arriving earlier than check. We were were warmly created by Alicia who I had been “chatting” with in the Hilton app and she was more than happy to accommodate us. The rooms were just as expected with very comfortable beds. Both Alicia and Brenda were very helpful and asked us how our night was the next morning. They both exemplify customer service at its finest!

When we arrived we were very impressed with the look of the lobby/reception area. The reception area wasn't tucked in the side of the lobby like most hotels, but right out in the middle which was nice. Additionally, the receptionist , Tricia was very welcoming and charming. She answered all of our questions and was very delightful to speak with throughout our whole stay making us feel special. She should be recognized and used by Tru Hotels for training new employees because she does it the right way. Also, the lady who made the breakfasts each morning was also very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean and a pleasure to stay in. We are definitely going to be staying at this Tru Hotel our next visit to the area and will tell our friends and family to do so as well.
